All items are shipped from our warehouse in Arequipa, PERU. We partner with DHL, FEDEX and TNT to ship our products to international locations.

For this reason, etnikostore.com shipping charges do not include any of these fees.

Returns/Exchanges


We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your purchase is not what you were expecting, you may return it within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product. The item needs to be returned in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) for a full refund.


All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department or clicking the "Contact us" button.


All ETNIKO garments are 100% guaranteed. If the merchandise arrives to destination with one of the following defects, it will be exchanged immediately:


1. Merchandise with factory defects.
2. Size or color different THAN ORDERED.
3. Stains or visible dirtiness


In order to exchange merchandise, clients must communicate ETNIKO the problem found, via e-mail, fax or telephone, within Seven days of having received the goods. The defective merchandise must be packed in its original packing, but it is a need that customers must request an RMA for shipping instructions.


Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the merchandise back to us.


If your purchase has been applied to Free Shipping, and request a full refund, we will not refund the cost of shipping.


An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Peru Etniko Ltd. Discretion.
All items sold through www.etnikostore.com are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
We don't accept returns for wrong color or sizing.
Products sold by www.etnikostore.com are covered by our Standard Return Policy. Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of the shipping date for a refund or replacement
We cannot accept the return of any product without RMA number. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
