When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

In the realtime tracking system, our costumers can access up to the minute information about the status of their shipments 24 hours a day.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your purchase is not what you were expecting, you may return it within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product. The item needs to be returned in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) for a full refund.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department or clicking the "Contact us" button.
All ETNIKO garments are 100% guaranteed. If the merchandise arrives to destination with one of the following defects, it will be exchanged immediately:
1. Merchandise with factory defects.
In order to exchange merchandise, clients must communicate ETNIKO the problem found, via e-mail, fax or telephone, within Seven days of having received the goods. The defective merchandise must be packed in its original packing, but it is a need that customers must request an RMA for shipping instructions.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the merchandise back to us.
If your purchase has been applied to Free Shipping, and request a full refund, we will not refund the cost of shipping.
An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Peru Etniko Ltd. Discretion.
